Many people did not know how Laquon Treadwell would respond after an ugly end to his season last year. This year he has comeback bigger, fatser, and stronger while putting on a clinic at the wide receiver postion.

Stats: 76 Rec, 1082 yds, 10 TD's

Strengths: Treadwell is a smooth route runner that cuts and jukes very smoothly. He has good size and strong hands to compliment his route running. Treadwell shows great, sharp routes on his film. He also shows the ability to win jump balls. Treadwell is able to box out corners and fight his way to the ball. He reminds me of a faster Alshon Jeffrey. He is a big, physical possession receiver that also possesses the speed to be a legitimate deep threat as well. Treadwell has a great tendency to make big plays and spectacular catches. Perhaps the most valuable trait has to be Treadwell's work ethic. After the tragic injury he suffered a year ago, Treadwell has fought his way back to being an outstanding receiver.

Weaknesses: Despite Treadwell's great size he is not the typicall size looked for in a red zone threat. Treadwell also is not  burner. His lack of track speed and elite height may limit his role in some offenses that look to either burn deep or use red zone threats. The biggest worry for Treadwell though, is his injured leg. That horific injury has not hindered him this season but may be seen as a weak point in an otherwise solid prospect. Something like how Keenan Allen fell in his draft.

Overall: Treadwell has all of the makings of a great receiver in the NFL. He has the strong hands and smooth routes to be able to thrive in a west coast offense or in many other types of offense. His leg will be very concerning for many teams but the great amount of work he has done this year should stand against that injury. He is a slightly smaller but faster version of Alshon Jeffrey and can have a great career. I see him with teams like the Panthers, Chargers, Patriots, Chiefs, and Browns.

Pro Comparison: Alshon Jeffrey
